Founder & CEO
Jennifer C. Gregg (she/her) is the Founder & CEO of GRG Strategies, a consultancy firm she launched in 2022 after more than two decades of nonprofit leadership. Jennifer brings deep expertise in fundraising, strategy, and organizational capacity, having supported C3, C4, and 527 organizations in executive leadership and development roles.
As the child of a deaf parent, Jennifer began her nonprofit journey as a teenager, serving as a junior board member of the Hearing Loss Association of America’s Northern Virginia Chapter. Over her career, she has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Westside Family Health Center in Los Angeles, the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund’s Campaign Board in Washington, DC, and the Franklinton Arts District in Columbus, OH. For her leadership, she has been recognized by the California State Legislature and the 53rd Assembly District for advancing equality for the LGBTQ+ community.
Jennifer holds advanced training and certifications in finance, operations, fundraising, and grant writing from The Center for Nonprofit Management and Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), where she has also mentored fellow members, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition, she serves as the Senior Executive Advisor for Mida Associates.
Since launching, GRG Strategies has partnered with organizations across the arts, social justice, health, and education sectors. GRG’s scope of work includes designing multi-million-dollar fundraising and endowment strategies, managing complex federal and foundation grants, providing strategic planning, building advocacy campaigns, and executing events. GRG’s reach extends beyond California, serving clients nationally and internationally with active engagement in Washington, DC.
Originally from Alexandria, VA, Jennifer has made Los Angeles her home since 2007. She is also the proud parent of her daughter, who is pursuing her career in Las Vegas, and she shares her home with a lively crew of rescue cats.

Chiedu Egbuniwe
Sr. Advisor, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Chiedu Egbuniwe works tirelessly to amplify historically marginalized voices and to create change. For over 20 years, he’s built extensive, strategic experience in arts and culture spaces, LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations, and technology development and implementation. His areas of expertise include Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy; event planning and management through a DEIA&B lens; facilitation for arts and culture organizations, LGBTQ+ nonprofits, and corporate institutions; LGBTQ+ fundraising and impact strategy; and equity through technological solutions.
Chiedu began his professional career as an IT Trainer and Training Manager for law firms and investment banks, quickly learning to communicate complex information and diffuse tense, emotional situations. These early experiences formed the foundation for his strategies: leadership through collaboration, active listening, empathic communication, and all-inclusive learning.
He received certification in Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Cornell, with a focus on implementing diversity programming, creating and coaching inclusive leadership, fostering inclusive environments, counteracting non-inclusive behavior, applying DEI concepts and assessing impact. Chiedu delivers presentations on DEI, and presentations on LGBTQ+ history for corporate and nonprofit organizations. Chiedu also plans and manages events celebrating artists, social activists and causes impacting marginalized groups.
Career highlights include: Board Chair of One Institute, the oldest LGBTQ+ nonprofit in the U.S.; collaboration around the strategic plan, and development of Mission, Value and Vision statements for One Institute; Executive Producer of a BIPOC virtual reading of The Normal Heart starring Sterling K. Brown and Laverne Cox; launch of Circa, the first Queer History festival in the U.S., Board Secretary of Outfest, Los Angeles’s LGBTQ+ Film Festival organization; founding mentor of Outset, empowering at-risk BIPOC youth through film production; relaunch of Outfest Legacy Awards, raising money to preserve LGBTQ+ films; Board member of Industry LA, producing operas for a contemporary audience, including War of the Worlds, Atlas and Young Caesar.
Chiedu graduated from Johns Hopkins University. He’s written articles on opera for publications including The Advocate, and has written, produced and directed LGBTQ+ short films that have screened around the world. He has extensive experience in adult learning and legal technology solutions. He currently lives in West Hollywood with a large collection of classical music LPs.
